- Prices may change due to manufacturing costs.
- We are not subject to VAT.
- Delivery charges are quoted for UK mainland only. Please note there may be a small additional charge for delivery to remote areas.
- For overseas orders please contact us for a quotation.
- If you consider the ‘Stone’ Globe Lights unsuitable, we must be advised within 7days of receipt. This must be done by recorded mail and the Globes returned to us within 14 days of receipt. They must be re-packaged in the original packaging and in perfect condition. The cost of delivery must be borne by you. A refund (but not for the delivery costs) will be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. As with any customised product, we are not able to refund the Finial Globe Lights that have been customised.
- If returning a product you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
- Please note that we are not responsible for problems occurring where installation was not carried out by a qualified electrician.
- We reserve the right to charge any costs incurred should an order be cancelled or amended after 4 days from the date of order.
- We aim to deliver the Spherical Globe Lights within a few days. The bespoke Finial Globes will take a little longer. Please contact us regarding urgent orders and we will do our best to help.
